How do I get Coins and Diamonds?
Coins and Diamonds can be purchased through the app store or earned from selling items in your Shop.
Where can I use my Rewarded Coins?
Rewarded Coins can be used alongside, or in tandem with, your Coins to buy items from the Official Z Store in the Marketplace. Rewarded Coins cannot be gifted to other users, transferred to an external account, or used to buy items from other users.
Where can I convert Coins to Diamonds?
You may only convert Diamonds to Coins, converting Coins to Diamonds is not supported.
Is there a fee or charge when Gifting?
There is no service fee or other charge to Gift something to a friend, and no charge to receive a Gift from a friend either!
What happens if my friend doesn't accept my Gift?
If the person you are Gifting does not accept the Gift, it will expire, and the item or Collectible will be returned to you!
How do I find a certain Shop?
The marketplace is not currently sortable by individual Shop, so if you find a Shop that you want to revisit, try adding the Shop owner as a friend and/or navigating to their profile!
What happens if I've forgotten my payment password?
You cannot reset your payment password yourself, but if you have forgotten your password and are unable to make transactions, please email support@projz.com!
Why aren't all my proceeds from my Shop transferring to my Default Account?
Proceeds on sales that you make are only available for transfer 24 hours after the completion of the sale. If you transfer proceeds from your Shop Account and are holding proceeds from sales both more and less than 24 hours prior, it will automatically choose to transfer only the proceeds available.
Why do items from the Official Z Store have limited stock?
Items sold in the marketplace are created in a specific quantity during the publishing process. This number cannot be increased later. The number of units of that item listed for sale in the marketplace is determined by the seller and may not represent the total number published. Although items in the Official Store have a limited stock as well, it is generally much higher than what you see listed for sale, therefore Z will replenish the stock of certain items in the Official Store if they run low. Other items for sale from the Official Store may be limited to the number initially listed or may be only available seasonally!
Why are Coins and Diamonds more expensive for me than for other users?
Prices for Coins and Diamonds may vary across countries/regions and is dependent on Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store. Z sets the price of Coins and Diamonds in a single currency and then your App Store or Play Store determines the price for your location and currency according to their own formula and rates.
