Restrictions on sales of Collectibles in your personal Z Shop are determined by your Shop level, which increases automatically when your Shop meets certain requirements.
Your Shop level dictates how you may sell items in your Shop in the following ways:
- The amount of Coins you may set as the unit price
- The ability to sell for Diamonds and the amount of Diamonds you may set as the unit price
Your Shop level is determined automatically based on the following factors:
- Number of unique items of original Collectibles listed in your Shop (Collectibles where you are the author)
- Total sales record of your Shop
- Shopfront customization (try adding a background and cover to your Shop)
- Sales record over the past month (For levels above level 10)
You may view your progress to the next level in the "Shop Management" section of your Shop and view level requirements in the chart below.
You must meet ALL requirements for a certain level to be upgraded to that level.
The requirements for a Shop upgrade will be automatically checked, and upgrades automatically processed, at 00:00 UTC each day.
Up to level 10, your Shop level can not decrease (although if your Shop violates User Guidelines or is not in good standing, your Shop level may be manually decreased), but when you reach levels above level 10 (coming soon) your Shop may also automatically decrease in level when your Shop no longer meets the requisite level requirements. *If you cannot see your Shop level in-app, please update to the latest version*
