Chats and Parties both appear in the "Chats" tab at the bottom of the app.  

Group Chats that are not Parties will now appear alongside your 1-on-1 private Chats in the "Private" tab of "My Chats."  All chats, individual or group, that appear in this tab are Private by default.

Parties, or public group Chats, will appear in the "Parties" tab of "My Chats."  Parties will appear in this tab regardless of their online or offline status.  The status of each of your Parties will be easily visible in the "Parties" tab; offline Parties will be darkened and marked with the word "Offline"
