To send a push notification to all the Circle members, you need to create an announcement first.
- Tap the "Announcement" bar right under the Circle icon on the Circle homepage
- Tap the "..." next to an announcement in the announcements feeds
- Tap "Push Notifications"
- Tap "New Push Notification". You can also send a test push to yourself before sending to the larger Circle.
Note: The "Push Notifications" option is only available in the "..." menu when there is at least one created Announcement
