To create an announcement:

• Open your Circle
• Tap the "Announcement" banner under the Circle icon on the Circle homepage
• If you have not created an Announcement before, click "Create"
• If you have previously created an Announcement, tap the "..." on the top right of the Announcements page
• Tap "New Announcement" and follow the steps
