• Tap "Menu" (icon with three parallel horizontal lines) on the bottom of the Circle
• Tap "Admin Portal" on the bottom of the Menu
• Tap "Home Layout"

Here you can change the layout of your tabs that display on the Circle homepage.  You can also add new tabs and/or add your folders as tabs.
