Yes! If you’d rather not chat with people on Z, you can turn off the ability for people to send your chat requests.
To opt-out of chat:
- Tap "Profile" by clicking on your profile photo on the top left of the Home page
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "Privacy"
You'll then have three options:
- Accept Private Chat Requests
- Accept Invites to Parties
- Accept Invites to Circles
In all of these menus, you may tap "None" to turn off the ability of others to invite you to a Chat/Party/Circle
Notice: Please note that you'll still be able to receive messages from the chats you've already joined.
